@MAFF_JAPAN ただでさえ狂犬病予防接種率が低下しているのに、今回の決定により、反ワクチン派の飼い主には根拠を与え、ワクチンを毎年打っている飼い主は接種をばかばかしく感じ、さらに接種率が下がるのではないでしょうか。
今後の接種率や清浄国維持のためにも、再考をお願いしたいです。
