有事の際に東京の救急が抱える問題が見えてきた。
・救急車の不応需には実質ペナルティがない
・東京というくくりではなく各医療圏やかかりつけを守ろうと言う動きが強い
・高齢者や透析患者は受け入れ先が見つからない（特に透析患者は顕著）
ここを解決せねばたらい回しはなくならないだろうね。

「親が読み聞かせをしてくれたから」とか、「親が、図書館に連れていってくれたから」、本が好きになった人もいるとは思うんですが。
私の場合は、「家にも学校にも、居場所がなかったから」なんですよ。そして、そういう人はたくさんいると思うんです。どんなふうに、本と出会ってもいいんですよ。

この例一つで主語がでかいというツッコミはその通りだが、自分のまわりや時代や地域や女子学生の話などを聞いた経験を総合すると、家庭環境に大きく依存するものの、この頃の保守的な家庭の一般的な傾向としては言い過ぎではないと思うし、それが現在にも多かれ少なかれ影響していると思う。
