馬走に水を届け、少し時間があったので北脇〜押切の方に行ってきました。至る所に災害ゴミが置いてあり道路は泥が乾燥し撒き上がっていました。作業してるおじさまに聞くと飲用水は足りている様。水道も出ていて必要なのは片付けの人員だそうです。とにかく胸が痛かった。

ロシアの演説や声明が回りくどく修辞過多なのはソ連時代からの権威主義的な伝統だと思うけど、ウクライナでもまだ時々、この忙しい中捏ねくり回した言い回しを好む人・機関がある（※何か読んでる）。その点、ゼレンシキーのは簡素で中身を伝えることに集中したある種「若い世代」のスピーチなのよな。

これと似たような事してる地域が福島にあります。
震災で津波と原発事故のダブルパンチを食らった地域に今出店してるチェーン店の多くは、地元の誘致に応えて再開店したり居抜き出店したものですよ。
