Update: Government spokesperson Steffen Hebestreit said that IRIS-T was brand-new and first had to be produced, which took time.

拡散しつつあるので追記しますが、現行保険証でもマイナ保険証でも紛失時は自費診療すれば医療は受けられますし後から還付も受けられます。
それをわかったうえで、でもねえ！っていう本音。

私もヘルプマークを実験的につけていますが、もともと過剰な期待はしていないんですよね。
見た目に困難がわかりにくいので、マークがあれば優先席に堂々と座れるとか、レジでもたついても理解され易いとか。
今回の問題はデザインの盗用とガイドライン抵触ですわな。
