Russia complains hidden sanctions are affecting grain and fertiliser exports. The sanctions are not hidden, but they do have consequences which is the point of sanctions. However, it’s a weak argument to tax your exports and then complain that hidden sanctions hurt trade.

On October 25, 43 tons of ammunition were loaded into the car, after which it was transported to Orsha, from where on October 27 the formed echelon went to Tikhonkiy station (Krasnodar Krai, Russia). It will arrive there tomorrow, November 3.
