Influenced by international criminal trials, court also considers each perpetrator's specific position. Girkin and Dubinskiy had a senior and coordinating roles and Kharchenko was very directly involved in the perpetration. Only life imprisonment is fitting, court decides. #MH17

太陽電池での発電がなくバッテリー電圧が低下し続けたことを考え、回転を停める操作から変更し、回転軸方向を変えて太陽電池が太陽に向くようにガスジェットを噴射しました。しかしマドリード局の最後では電圧不足から送信機はオフ。その後現在まで送信電波は復帰していません。

@bell2366 @Gerashchenko_en Shrapnel itself from a rocket doesn’t have to hit you to kill you. The concussion/ blast if your within the radias can kill you. If it’s strong enough it literally shuts your brain down and you just die from that, it’s a shock to the brain. Grenades blasts can do the same..
