「模型ではなく実機でMiG-29と形のそっくりな飛行機」
を作ろうとした場合ですかね。
家電や自動車はデザインが売り上げに関わるので、意匠登録が出願される事が多いのですが、戦闘機の形だけパクるケースってあるんだろうかと(^_^;)
