それと、致命的だと思うのは、会えないことを解決したければ、個別事案の課題をクリアするしかないんだけど、「単独親権制度のせいで会えない」などと言っていると、肝心な子どもの意見から目をそらすことになります。（片親疎外症候群と言い出すにいたっては論外･･･）

家裁の期日の入り方が遅いのは異常事態で、それは、誰もが認めるところです。法制度の改正よりも、リソースの充実です。共同親権を推進する人たちが、関連しないケース（協力できるケース、無関心ケース）を利用するのはやめてほしいです。どちらもニーズがないし、後者は有害。よろしくお願いします。

改正のニーズがどこにあるかって、「子どもに会えない」と言っている人たちです（「思うような頻度で子どもに会えない」と言っている人たちも含む）。
「共同がやれる人」→ニーズなし。現行法でもやれる。
「親の自覚無し」→ニーズなし。むしろ有害。決定権を与えないで。
