この数十年、水産行政はかなり失政だと思うのだけど、誰も責任をとらないのだろうか。ひどい話。「将来にわたって、良質な水産物が合理的な価格で安定的に供給されなければならない」ていう、水産基本法第二条きちんと守って欲しい。生物多様性保全や侵略的外来種対策、生息地再生に取り組むべき。

The imagery is from 4 August 2022 in the port of Qingdao. While Qingdao is >1000km from Taiwan, forces loaded there would be ~50 hours sailing time (assuming 750nm at 15 knots) from Taiwan. Loading there could bring additional units from the north. pic.twitter.com/JaACNVUbwa
