訂正。他の首脳のキーウ訪問を事前に知らせる事例はあった。ウクライナＥＵ首脳会談が２月３日に行われることが昨年末にＥＵ側が発表。当初開催地は明らかにされなかったが、１月２日にウクライナ大統領府がキーウで開催されると公表している。

中国側からすると、台湾は現在においても「中国の一部」であり、そこに外国政府が武器を提供したり、軍隊を派遣して、分離独立を画策するのは許せない。
