「飛行機の離陸前点検で不備が見つかりフライト自体が無くなった」を「失敗」なんて言うでしょうか…？「欠航」だと思うんです。「失敗」は「打ち上げ後の原因不明の爆発」等の場合を指すのではないでしょうか。フェイルセーフや、予期されたエラーは「制御下にある」事象だと個人的には思います。 twitter.com/AngraMainyu_/s...
