それでも、規範的支持表明とそれを実践したウクライナ事態のICCへの付託は、正直びっくりしました。人材がいない、とは私が思っているだけで、実はすごい人たちが検察庁からICCへ行っているとかあるのかもしれません。あまり過小評価するのも目を曇らせるかも。

その通りだと思いますが、なにしろ英語で刑事捜査ができて国際法もわかる人材はとても限られているかなと思います。DNA分析やIT捜査技術も欧州に比べ遅れていて、機材や技術の面で貢献することもできない。現状では資金供与と規範的支持表明しかできないのが現実なのかなと思っています。 twitter.com/KunisueNorito/...

Wagner's simple yet underappreciated proposal -- adding a branch to the Prisoner's Dilemma game -- more correctly & usefully depicts of the challenges of & opportunities for cooperation.

このサイトの2014年7月6日の記事にある伝説ですかね。伝承の常として異説もあり、2011年以降、災害伝承の性格が強化された可能性はありますね。旧河北町エリアで内水氾濫は多発してましたが、2011年まで近代の津波被害が皆無なだけに、伝承は由来不明としておくのが無難かと

これからの視覚障害者は、スマホやPCが使える人がほとんどなので、将来はそんなに心配いらないと思う。中途で障害者になっても、基本的な仕組みがわかっていれば大丈夫。
問題なのは、電話がやっとの状態の高齢者。
