フォロワーの方が教えて下さったので、偶々、今夜のTBSの#報道1930という番組を見て、薄っぺらな作りに驚きました。被災者支援に軍の出動が遅くなったのも、軍が大統領の言いなりだからというコメントは見逃せません。トルコで軍を文民統制下に置くのがどれだけ困難だったか知らないのでしょう。

トルコのように、日頃、日本で光の当たることが少ない国が急に存在感を示すと、あまりに付け焼き刃の知識と断片的な情報で番組にしてしまう。その上、筋書きは、欧米メディアの論調を焼き直せば間違いないだろうと思い込んで、民主主義や人権を看板にしまうんてますね。

@botamoti_CiV @XEQSX 速度によると思う。ロードバイクやMTBみたいな速度の出る変速機付きとかはヘルメット着用必要だけど、シティサイクル(ママチャリ)で速度出してない時に必要かは乗る人が判断すればいい。
速度計で測った事あるけどママチャリで普通に漕いで15km/h前後、早めに漕いで20km/h、MTBは40km/hくらい出る。
