専門外なので、自分の理解に多少不安がありますが、2008年の露・ジョージア戦争の事例だと、北オセチアを国内に持つロシアは、国外であるジョージア領内で、その時点で実質的にロシアの支配地域であった南オセチアのオセット人を守ることを名目にジョージア領に侵攻したのではないでしょうか。 twitter.com/itangiku/statu...
