フランスの小学校は完全分業でした。
教師は授業だけです。
出退勤時間=登下校時間です。

周囲に協力をお願いする時はぼんやり声がけしても要領悪いだけだから、あなたは救急車呼んで・あなたは心マの時の秒数測ってとか具体的な指示を言いながら声かけるとか、講習受けてると対応できることができないかもしれないので、受けられる機会があったら受けてほしい。

実名顔出しでよくこんなこと表明できるよな…ビックリする。救命救急の講習、自動車免許取る時に受ける以外だとわたしは防火管理者なので毎年受けるけど、みんなに受けてほしいとは思う。AEDは音声流れるし簡単に使えるものではあるけど、練習してると多少の心構えができるだろうし。

さて女性にAED使用して訴訟がどうこうという話です。
これって根本的にAEDがどれだけ大切かということが十分伝わっていない気がするんですよね。
本当に一人の命を助けることができるんです。
医者やっててもそんなこと滅多にないですよ。
無理にとは言いませんが、是非前向きに考えて欲しいです。

そもそも90%以上が亡くなるような状況です。
その場に居合わせた人が何も処置しなかったら、もう意識が戻らなかったはずの人です。
こういう人が元気に歩いて帰る姿を見ると、それだけで救急医やってて良かったと思えるぐらい感動します。
AEDってめっちゃすごいんですよ。

救命センターには毎日毎日お年寄りの院外心停止が運ばれてきて、亡くなるか、意識が戻らず転院されます。
そんな中、ごく稀に現場でAEDを使われた若い人が、脈が戻った状態で運ばれてきます。
脈が戻るまでの時間が短いと、普通に病院から歩いて退院できる人もいます。
私も何例か経験あります。

院外心停止（病院の外で起きた心停止）って普通はまず助からないんですよね。
この論文によると生存確率6%未満で、日本はもうちょっと高いかも知れませんが、良くても10%ぐらいでしょう。
生き残った人も大半は脳にダメージが残って、いわゆる植物状態になるのが普通です。
