ADSB data for #9NANC for past 7 days shows altitude going up to 40,000ft or even 100,000ft, instead of the normal operating altitude for the aircraft (12,000ft to 25,000ft, mostly below 17,000ft).

Forgot one thing. Air defense shooting down Russians missile does not cause damage. Russian missiles debris do. Air defense does minimize the damage by shooting missiles as they explode in the air instead of hitting targets with all their might
