ボランティアの組織は組織でボランティアマネジメントをできているハードルの高さを超えてきている。しかし、人件費をかけているNPOといがみ合う必要性はないと思う。人にお金をしっかり出せる組織を、経営ができるNPOも必要で、NPOが減少していく社会の中で後世にNPOを残すためにも必要なこと。
