2～3日ずつコロナの症状が変化した。発熱→喉激痛→咳、痰。
1週間寝てあまり食べてなかったので治ったらめまいとふらつき発生。仕事復帰前にいつもの道で歩く練習したり、近所を散歩したりした。できる範囲で体動かすの大事。
「明日は今日より良くなるよ」って毎日励ましてくれた旦那に感謝。

喉激痛のときは塩分と熱さ、酸味は殺傷力が倍増してるので避けた方が良かった。好物の大半が食べられずつらい。
お粥、すりおろしりんごは食感が苦手すぎて食べる前に諦める。うすくスライスしたりんご神✨茶碗蒸しの具材を避けて食す(卵豆腐が良さそう)

発熱から数日後、喉激痛。会話できなくなる。唾液含むあらゆるものを飲み込むのが死ぬほど痛い。夜寝れない。ここが一番つらかった。
甘いものが苦手でゼリーやアイスを食べられない。のど飴を吐く。お粥嫌いで食べられない。お茶を凍らせて口に含む、スライスしたりんごで乗り切った。

年末に1週間コロナ自宅療養した都民の感想。
・解熱鎮痛剤、喉の薬、冷えピタ、喉スプレー&うがい薬(イソジンじゃなくてアズレン～って書いてあるやつ)、トローチ必須。
・湯たんぽ、鼻セレブはあるといい。
・新規でもオンライン診療してくれるアプリ、サービスに登録しておく。

@wormamaantenna 当時妊娠８ヶ月だった私はエレベーターで二人きりになった義父に下っ腹から上に向かって撫でられたことがあります。マジで気持ち悪かった…(泣)
その後遅れて乗ってきた義母にメチャクチャ叱られてましたが…ちゃんと叱ってくれる義母でよかったとその時だけは思いましたね。

翌年の移動で関東に戻れるように上の者にかけあったのでなんとか退職せず続けてくれることになり、数年後出張のついでに挨拶に来てくれた

インフルエンザかかってもタミフルもらえばいいと思ってる人が少なくなさそうだけど、甘い。
①タミフルは効果を得るのに発症後48時間以内の内服が原則
②そもそも発熱外来にたどり着けない可能性
③タミフルが品切れ
④ワクチン未接種者によく見られる脳症は急激に進行する

@SomHoncho I don't think Somalia withdrew it. The Serbs would've made major news out of this.
Since Somalia 🇸🇴 is Muslim Nation, the news will be the front page for major papers talking about how Muslim country withdrew recognition from Muslim Kosovo.

🤔アベノミクスの失敗かどうかはなんともだが…
自分の認識では企業収益が株主への還元に総振りされ賃金に反映されない仕組みが出来ているように思う。労働組合は雇用を守ることに注力し、賃上げを強く主張出来ない。企業側は容易には解雇出来ないため賃上げモチベーションは上がらない。悪循環である twitter.com/makotoha/statu...
