なるほどね。被災地内の被災者支援が日常サービスへと繋がっていく流れはわかるが、被災者雇用が日常雇用に繋がっていくには、継続するニーズとそれに応える職と組織がいるわな。既存組織では難しい気もする。テンポラリーならわかるが。@shingon72
