財務省は最終的には、消費税を25％にしたいという話もある。これは財政健全化（国の借金の返済）と社会福祉、社会保障の財源なんだけど…法人税はそろそろまた上げてもいい筈。まけてやっても、国内企業の国際競争力、むしろ下がってるんだもの。効果はなかったと検証、総括する時期じゃないかなあ。
