・一時的な減税による消費拡大
・Gotoとは違う形での経済対策
・コロナ収束に向けた具体的な補償ありきの自粛要請

税率をあげること＝税収があがる、とは必ずしもならない。過去の増税がそれを証明している。
経済成長させることによって税収をあげるのがあるべき姿。
短期的なバランスシートばかりに目がいって、消費税をまたあげれば、経済はより落ち込み、結果、税収はさがる……これずっと繰り返している。
