正直、新型コロナウイルス前まで感染ピークが発症前にある感染症という概念が自分の頭の中に存在しなかったので、初期の頃症状がなかったらマスクは不要と思っていたのは大いに反省しないといけないけど、それよりも δ VOC 然り自然選択圧で弱毒化する必要がないというのが恐ろしくて仕方ない。

癌にかかった人の中には近藤誠を信じて放置してしまう人がいて、その中には早く治療すれば助かったはずなのに手遅れで命を落とす人もいる。たぶん少ない数ではないと思う。近藤は文章の力だけでたくさんの人の命を奪ってきた。
近藤誠を信じるな。絶対に信じるな。標準治療以外に頼れるものはない

罵詈雑言を浴びせられるのか？（あるいは黙殺）
後者になりそうな気がする。

@cian_neuro That’s such nonsense. Julia code is highly readable and fast; user base growing. I’d be happy for reviewers to not review papers with tools using a language they’re not conversant with (I’ve stopped reviewing R and Python tool packages). But that attitude seems troglodytic.

@cian_neuro It says more about the reviewer than it does about you. You’ve provided an open source implementation and documented your methods. Any editor will see this for the bad faith criticism that it is. No need to even humour it in rebuttals in my opinion.

#JuliaLang interop with Python is amazing via PyCall.jl. There were a few gaps in converting some arrays such SubArrays and ReinterpretedArrays into their #NumPy equivalents. I've released a package to close that gap:
