@fillmissing Juliaの関数の引数は所謂ポインタ渡しや参照渡しにできない（プリミティブ型ならただの値渡しにしかならない）ですしそもそも整数値（の入っている変数）の破壊的変更はJuliaでは無理です。
元画像のコードはxが配列（等のインデックス代入が可能なオブジェクト）じゃないと期待通りには動作しません。
